Vuconi Shipping Policy

At Vuconi, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please review the shipping details below before placing your order.


Processing Time

All orders require 1–3 business days for processing before they are shipped.

  • During high-volume periods or sales, processing times may be extended slightly.

  • Orders cannot be changed, modified, or canceled once processing begins.


Shipping Times

Shipping times vary depending on your location and demand.

United States (Primary Shipping Zone)

7–15 business days after processing.

International Shipping (if enabled)

10–20 business days depending on destination.

Note: These are estimated time frames. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs, carrier delays, weather, or seasonal volume.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking may take 2–5 days to update depending on the carrier and origin.

Incorrect Address Policy

Please ensure your shipping address is 100% accurate before completing your order.

Vuconi is not responsible for:

  • Packages delivered to the wrong address entered by the customer

  • Lost packages due to incorrect address input

If a package is returned to us due to an address error, customers must pay reshipment fees.


Lost / Stolen / Delayed Packages

Vuconi is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by the carrier

  • Lost packages after delivery confirmation

  • Stolen packages from your porch or mailbox

If your tracking shows "DELIVERED" but you cannot locate your package, please contact your local carrier or post office first.

If they cannot recover it, email us and we will do our best to assist.


Delivery Refusal / Missed Delivery

If a customer refuses delivery, the package may be returned to us.
Refunds are only issued after the product is returned, minus shipping costs.


Multiple Item Orders

If an order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages to ensure faster delivery.
