Vuconi Return & Refund Policy

At Vuconi, your satisfaction matters to us — but due to the nature of our products and hygiene standards, we operate under a strict return and refund policy.
Please read carefully before placing your order.

Returns & Exchanges

We ONLY accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

1. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, you are eligible for a free replacement.

To qualify, you must:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Provide clear photos or videos showing the issue.

  • Keep all original packaging.

Once approved, we will send a replacement at no cost.

2. Wrong Item or Wrong Size Sent by Us

If we mistakenly send:

  • the wrong color

  • the wrong size

  • the wrong item

We will send the correct item free of charge.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, Vuconi does NOT accept returns for:

  • Wrong size ordered by customer (Eligible for exchange if unopened)

  • Change of mind

  • Customer dislikes fit or color

  • Already worn items

  • Any orders without photo proof of a legitimate issue

Shapewear is an intimate/hygiene product — once it leaves our facility and is opened, it cannot be restocked.

This policy protects our customers and ensures all products remain new, unworn, and sanitary.

Exchanges for Sizing (If Eligible)

We may offer a size exchange only if the product is unopened, unworn, and in perfect condition.
Customer is responsible for return shipping fees unless the mistake was ours.

Size exchanges are reviewed case-by-case.

Refunds

Refunds are only approved if:

  • Your item arrives damaged AND a replacement is unavailable

  • We fail to deliver your order

  • We confirm a product defect and you request a refund instead of a replacement

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they enter processing or have shipped.

How to Submit a Return or Issue

Email us at support@vuconi.com with:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Photos/videos of the issue

  • Brief description of the problem

Our support team will respond within 24–48 hours.
